was on standby... received case regarding printer that fell from desk, top cover cracked...
upon reaching site with a new printer, discovered faulty printer was kept in store for some time... it fell from desk, cracked, and culprit shove it in the store...
why can't they report when problem occur? they must hide, and wait...
not only that, the monitor had cracked casing with distorted screen geometry... are they waiting to shove it in the store too?
spoil means spoil, own up... to the culprit who hide the printer in the store, MAY THE WORSE BEFALLS YOU AND PERSISTS TILL LAST LIGHT YOU SEE!!
