check my back

this morning went to check my back... cos few yrs back i injured it when sneezing at a bend down position... since then i hav to be careful when carrying heavy items, if nt i will feel pain and only few mths back the prob came again while i was at work lifting monitor...

anyway the doc said it's some muscle prob... he said no kidney prob or lack of milk or anything wrong... no need to

i was given panadol and a tube of rub...

anyway they took my BP:
95/61mmHg (PR 90)

i tot i was 55kg, 1.61m... but nw then i noe is 57.4kg, 1.64m... haha

i will take care of my back de... hmm wondering if i shld seek another opinion... cos when i tell ppl my prob, it seems not common orh...

still remember E told me that 从爱化为友情 is the most true and real frenship...

never did tink that other than E being such a fren, i now too hav SF being such fren too...

i guess lov cannot be forced, really enjoyed the moments wif SF and cherished the time spend together wif her

i'm starting to let go and things will soon be ok again

rite now, really very scared to lov some1 again, the feeling of loving some1 and tryin to be loved is terrible... especially when she is not moved...

i wish SF her happiness and will slowly learn not to meet her too much so she will hav time to meet other better guys

rite now, i noe i can care n lov very much, but i guess it's not all, i hav to learn to giv her sense of security and a future for her... i'm working towards all these, and when the time comes, i'm sure my lov will appear in front of me... who, when, i dunno... but till then, i hav to work hard and be successful!

I drove out for a spin and wanted to take a peep at the F1 event. My 1st destination was Adelphi. Upon reaching Adelphi, I could hear the sounds made by the F1s. I had my window winded down and the sounds I tell you, is amazing!

It was so loud and exciting. The sounds echoed inbetween the buildings and I was really so excited already. I continued my drive. I drove along beach road and turned into Nicol Hiway, but the road was blocked and so I made a turn back to beach road. I was already quite far away from the tracks and the sounds dimmed. But, the excitement was still within me.

I turned into ECP (AYE), along the climb at the filter lane, most vehicles slowed down to catch the action as right down below, is the flyers and where the pit-stop area is. There were many TPs to prevent anyone from stopping their vehicle to watch.

Along the climb, I could hear and see the F1s. I wanted very much to share this moment with her, so I picked up my HP and tried to call and hope she can as least hear the sounds. Didn't manage to call, I was too excited then.

Right now, I could still recall the sounds. I told my parents about it. Tonight I want to bring them out for a spin and take a look at the action from ECP. I hope they will like it.

wanted to park @ tank rd, cos free parking then can go c c look look walk walk @ Clarke Quay... n take pics

could nt find any lots... so jus left, anyway dun feel like walking so jus decided to go for a spin

i drove pass Clarke Quay, i noe u r somewhere there, but dunno where, anyway does nt matter, noe u safe can le

i passed by the central, eu tong sen st, actually wanted to park n take pic of the lights, but lazy, so jus drove on

anyway 2day is F1 start, so decided to c if can take a peep ma, so i drove to Adelphi there, cos quite familar to there.

i tell u, the sounds is so loud n exciting man!! really made me so excited!

then sf sms say she go hm le, wan to giv her a lift actually, but she no need

i continue my spinning around

i circled the tracks hoping to peep in, the best spot i could find was along ECP entrance to AYE at beach rd.

so excited, wan to share wif sf when along the slip rd, cos can finally peep in. press wrong n end up re-send sms.

i excited AYE and parked @ bus stop n called sf, i still very excited abt the F1. she on the way hm le.

met up wif sf n we went our fav spot at our fav place

she had a few coughs so i bot her some cough drops for her to put in her purse jus in case she need, i noe she wun go c doc de, so worry her, last time cough took 1wk+ to cure, really heart pain to c her so suffer

send sf hm, she so tired, disturb her abit n she so agitated. the looks is so adorable

2day is the 1st time we went out again n be so happy wif u since after i made u angry, i really treasure n cherise the happy moments wif u, i wish the moments will nt end.

shi fu is tired

2day asked if shi fu wan tu di to send her home, she rejected

actually tu di noe shi fu is very tired, scared she will oversleep on the bus and forget to alight, so i bot her fav drink, iced lemon tea and drove to her office intending to pick her up

she rejected saying moody n wanted to take bus n later walk alone

well, i offered to jus pass her the drink n i'll be gone, ended up she accepted to let me send her home

i felt i stress her to let me send her hm, the feelin is no gd.

i jus worried she will zzz on the bus n miss her stop, also i was very afraid she will not wan me to send her home anymore
