very tiring
i m the helpdesk and the engineer... i pick up calls, try to troubleshoot, if cannot have to go down and fix, finish fixing, come back up and close case, then listen to calls again... the hectic period is when the calls flood and i hav cases pending to attend... the hours are 0830-1230 & 1400-1800, so for 8hrs, i will be either waiting for call, or running up and down the 7 story building... sibeh stress, no wonder i heard the previous guy stayed only for 5 days...
