so tired

jus nw noon time went out cycling after lunch... long time no cycle liao... then act smart go n cycle till east coast there...

i feel like vomiting all the way back n very exhausted...

come back jus bath n been lying on the bed till ard 7 plus then feel like vomiting again n then go toilet vomit a lot... then went back to zzz again...

now wake le... feel much better... but still i m very luan...
